01 Introduction & Acceptance

04 Betting Rules

05 Payments & Withdrawals

• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay, please contact support.
• Withdrawal requests may take between 24 and 72 hours to process.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• To prevent money laundering, Jita365 reserves the right to suspend or investigate any suspicious transactions.

06 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to new users only and applies once per account.
• The designated wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus can be used.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become eligible for withdrawal only after the required wagering amount has been met.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Any misuse or fraudulent use of promotional bonuses may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

• If an account is closed for standard reasons, any remaining valid balance will be refunded.
